Refund Policy

Vedanta ERP facilitates fee payments on behalf of schools. Refunds are governed as follows:

1. School-Controlled Refunds

All fee payments made through the platform are transferred to the respective school. Refund requests must be approved by the school.

2. No Direct Refund by Platform

Vedanta ERP does not directly process refunds unless required due to technical/payment errors.

3. Duplicate / Failed Transactions

• If payment is deducted but not reflected, report within 5-7 working days.
• After verification, refund will be processed to original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on bank/payment gateway.
